This Pixie likes to recognize good blogging when I see it. So, in 2010, I started featuring those bloggers who I felt sit comfortably in the good blogging category. So what makes a good blogger? Well, I'm glad you asked. Here are just a few of the qualities I look for...
- Good writing: Sure there may be the occasional typo or misspelled word, but these folks know how to write. They get their message or story across loud and clear.
- Humor: Who doesn't like to laugh? These blogs not only make me smile, but they make me laugh.
- Style: They're blogs have a certain style that appeals to me. They don't necessarily have a fancy blog - containing all sorts of bells and whistles. But their blogs are easy to ready, clean in format, and reflect the personality of the writer.
- Personal Touch: I believe there is nothing better than a touch of the personal. These bloggers give readers a bit of themselves without turning their blogs into a daily diary.
